Being there for everyone…

The lockdown was the most challenging period of time this country has faced in a generation. Our team have been motivated since the beginning of the outbreak to ensure that we are as well prepared as possible to be able to help our patients when we returned back to face-to-face dentistry. It has been a monumental achievement by our team to have helped so many patients with their dental care.

The situation has been challenging for every dental practice. Unfortunately, some dental practices have been unable to resume dental care quick enough to meet the requirements of those patients who needed more urgent care. There are a number of reasons why some practices have ‘struggled’ to resume dental care more than others however, at times like this it is so important for our profession to work together for the greater good of providing care to patients who need it. Our team have helped many patients from other dental practices during this time and it is a privilege to be able to do that. We are proud to have been in a position where we can help everyone at a time when dental care is not as readily available.

Our team have worked tirelessly to ensure that patients can be seen at our clinic in the safest possible way – all of this has been achieved without passing any fees onto our patients. We will provide a safe dental practice with high level care for everyone and we will pay for that so that patient’s can continue to recieve the highest level of dental care without having to worry about additional fees incurred due to covid-19.

Our clinic will be there for everyone and our team will continue to treat every patient with the highest level of care. We haven’t even closed for a single day since the start of the lockdown, our team have been here for patients through every challenge that has been thrown our way. We are proud of this and will continue to provide this level of care for as long as patients need dental care….
