Welcoming patients back to our clinic

Posted on 16th May 2020

Since March 23rd, all dental services in primary care have been put on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak. We have continued to give patients remote care and advice during this time however, we understand that there is no subsitute for actual face to face dental care. We are optimistic that dental care will be resumed again in the near future. We have prepared our clinic to be able to provide every patient with dental care in as safe an environment as possible.

Prior to covid-19, dentistry has been a very safe environment with high level of personal protective equipment (PPE) and exceptional sterilisation protocols already in place. Due to covid-19, we have increased our levels of PPE to further reduce the risk to our patients and also to our team. Our clinic has a vast amount of space for social distancing measures to be made available. Our waiting room is large and very spacious and we also have 3 additional waiting areas for patients in seperate rooms. This will enable us to maintain safe distances between patients themselves.

Our surgeries are all large clinical spaces and we have 2 seperate decontamination facilities on site to be able to thoroughly sterilise all instruments between each and every patient. Our team are well trained in protecting our patient whilst providing them with the highest level of dental care.

Our clinic underwent a state of the art expansion/ upgrade last year and those upgrades will contribute significantly to the current situation. We are very proud to have a dental practice that can offer such a high level of dental care in the safest possible way.

I would like to reassure every patient that your safety always comes first and we look forward to welcoming you all very soon.

Our team are available to take appointment bookings and continue providing advice, whilst we await opening our doors.

Yours faithfully,

Mohsin Patel BDS MJDF RCS (Eng)
