Rebuilding the Foundations

We began by restoring what had been lost beneath the surface. Bone grafting was carried out to rebuild strength and volume in the jaw, creating a stable base for implants. Alongside this, gum grafting was used to establish healthy, keratinised tissue. This step is often overlooked, but it’s critical. Strong, healthy gums protect implants and help create natural-looking contours.

By addressing both bone and soft tissue, we weren’t just preparing for implants, we were significantly reducing the risk of future complications and setting the stage for long-term success.

Same-Day Teeth, No Compromises

Once the foundation was ready, we moved forward with full-arch implant treatment. Six implants were placed per arch, supporting a fixed FP1-style prosthesis. This approach allows us to replicate natural teeth as closely as possible, emerging from healthy gum tissue rather than sitting on top of it.

One of the most important aspects of her treatment was that she was never without teeth. Using a same-day teeth protocol, she left each stage of treatment with fixed, functional teeth. At no point did she need to wear dentures.

The final result speaks for itself. A fuller smile, proper support in the buccal corridor, and teeth that look and feel natural. But more importantly, she regained her ability to eat comfortably, smile confidently, and enjoy life without hesitation.
