I wrote a blog on June 2nd 2022 about the treatment provided to Matthew as he travelled all the way from Canada following his relocation with his family (click this link to read that blog). He had made multiple journeys from Canada to have his life changing dental treatment completed by our team.
On Friday I received a lovely email from Matthew 1 year on. I rarely become overwhelmed with emotion, but this email was very moving.
To hear about the impact the treatment had on his life is remarkable. He states that he is more confident and talkative and eats better than ever before! He recalls the treatment journey favourably and our team are so proud to have helped him this way.
Matthew had dental implants to help him restore his full mouth with a functional smile, read what he had to say in his email below. Please note that I have omitted the picture he had included in his email for reasons of confidentiality.
Hello Infinity Dental Clinic,
I hope this email finds you well.
I just wanted to drop a short message of thanks over after I spent some time reflecting recently. It dawned on me that it has been a little over a year since I had my full arch dental implants fitted at your clinic, and I had to travel back from Canada to have them finished!
My life is very different now. I am more confident and talkative, and I enjoy eating new foods to put these teeth through their paces! I remember my first email with Gaby where I wasn’t really sure what I was doing but I knew I needed help, and she kindly encouraged me to take that first step. I also remember Mohsin being so incredibly understanding, and accommodating for my personal needs. And every single person that greeted me at the desk when I nervously showed up for my next appointment. You’re all amazing and I wish you all the best.
So I just wanted to say a huge thanks to all of you.
