Our continued thoughts are with those affected by COVID-19. At this very difficult time for everyone across the globe, we all have to do our bit to help prevent the spread of infection.
We are constantly following the latest NHS guidance on dental care and keeping up to date with their recommendations. We have been advised to remain open at this time to support other NHS services, which is exactly what we intend to do. Therefore, we will still be open and here to help with our patients needs.
Over the next coming weeks, there are certain appointments which are still recommended to continue, and there are certain procedures that will need to be rescheduled. Each patient will be contacted individually if this affects your appointment and alternative arrangements will be made. If you are unsure, then please contact our clinic and we will advise you on the latest and most up-to-date guidance.
Please still do not hesitate to contact us with any queries as we will do our utmost to help and assist you where we can.
Rest assured, when attending your appointment, we have taken additional measures to minimise social contact where possible. We also kindly ask that when attending your appointments you refrain from bringing along any additional people where possible, to minimise the number of people in the waiting room.
For anyone who has had to have their appointments deferred, we will ensure you are treated in the most timely manner once the situation allows for this. “Working together makes us stronger.”
Kind regards,
Mohsin Patel BDS MJDF RCS (Eng)
