There are some cases that remind us exactly why we do what we do.
This is one of them.
Our patient came to us with failing upper central incisors (UR1 and UL1). These are the two most important teeth in the smile. They are the first thing people see when you talk, laugh and smile, so replacing them is about far more than simply filling a gap.
From the very beginning, our priority was simple.

That’s why we carried out a gum graft as part of the treatment. By rebuilding healthy, full gum tissue, we created the foundation needed to sculpt beautiful, natural gum contours around the implants. The result isn’t just a more aesthetic smile today. It also gives the implants the healthiest possible environment for many years to come.

The final stage involved placing two titanium implants to replace the missing roots, supporting two beautifully crafted, fully customised restorations that blend seamlessly with the surrounding teeth.
The finished result doesn’t look like dentistry.
