It is a simple tool which takes no more than 2-3 minutes to fill out and we have tried to make it as streamlined as possible to help patients specify exactly what they are looking for. We have even included an option to upload a selfie of your smile to help us understand your dental problem. The option to upload a selfie is not compulsory.
The information is immediately and confidentially passed on to our expert dental team who will assess the information, allowing them to provide bespoke advice to each of the enquiries. I think this is a great way for patient’s to understand their own treatment need prior to attending the practice. This helps people build some foundation knowledge about their dental care, reassuring them prior to their appointment. This can then be built on in more detail during their clinical assessment and consultation at the Practice.
