The importance of team work

An unexpected situation

At Infinity Dental Clinic we have developed a working environment that fully relies on contribution from key members of the team. Very recently we had a family emergency affecting one of our team and this resulted in us losing that individual at short notice for the day. The nurses, receptionists and dentists all came together to ensure we continued to provide the care to our patients without any issues. It was amazing to see how quickly and professionally everyone worked to ensure minimal disruption to the clinic.

Many hands make light work…

Many of our patients will come to see us for advanced dental care. Some of these treatments will combine a range of dental treatments to ultimately acheive the desired results for that patient. At our clinic I think it is vitally important that we all work together to contribute certain aspects to the treatment to help acheive the best quality results for our patients.

Dr Hannah Wilson, Dr James David, Selina Alam and our Dental Technicians team all work together to acheive the best treatment plan and outcomes for our patients. I am very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and skilled team to help with the treatment provision of our patients. It gives me and my patients the reassurance that the steps we are taking in there treatment plan is in the best interest of the patient.

Referrals to our clinic

We are happy to assist general dental practitioners with providing advanced dental care to their patients. We have patients referred to our clinic for dental implants, orthodontics and sedation treatments from practices that do not provide those treatments within their own clinics. Our relationship with the local dental community is something we are very proud of.

By working as a team where everyone contributes we are able to provide so mich more for our patients. The possibilities are truly endless.
