My name is Jessica Scott and I am treatment coordinator at Infinity Dental Clinic.
I feel privileged to work alongside such an inspiring team of dentists, nurses and treatment coordinators. Every day brings a new inspiration and passion for being a treatment coordinator. I have learnt so much over the past two years about the dental world and what team work looks and feels like.
The treatment coordination team sees many patients on a daily basis, whether they are new or existing patients. Being a part of this team is genuinely heartwarming, as we have the opportunity to see our patients’ confidence bloom during their treatment. It is so important to us that we help all of our patients by coordinating their smile journeys, providing support, and assisting with queries. This goes beyond simply knowing our patients as patients; we build real connections and often build friendships, making the experience even more fulfilling.
Every day, we are touched by the kind words of our patients as they share how our clinic radiates warmth and friendliness, creating a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. This means a lot to us, especially knowing that many of our patients struggle with fears and anxieties related to dental treatments. It is our priority to ensure that when they step into our clinic, they do not feel like they are in a typical dental practice. That’s why we pay attention to every detail, from the appearance of the spaces in our dental practice, to even the scents of our surgeries and waiting rooms, to truly establish a comfortable atmosphere.
On a personal level, something as simple as a warm smile can make all the difference.
For us at Infinity, nothing brings us more joy than creating beautiful smiles for each and every one of our patients. We are deeply moved by the personal stories behind each smile, and it is an honour to play a role in their unique journeys. Seeing the teamwork and dedication that goes into creating these transformations always brings a smile to my face, and that’s why I am grateful to be part of team Infinity.

The words ‘life changing‘ are over used, I admit that sometimes we use these words a lot ourselves when describing the effect our treatments have had on our patients.
